Terms of Service – Subscription: Billing Clauses
1. Explicit Customer Consent
By placing an order with a subscription, the customer confirms they have:

Actively selected the subscription option,

Reviewed pricing, billing frequency, and product details,

Agreed to recurring charges at checkout.
This consent is recorded at the time of purchase and may be used as evidence in payment disputes.
2. Recurring Payment Authorization
The customer authorizes automatic recurring charges every 30 days until the subscription is canceled.
This authorization remains valid unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
3. Clear Checkout Disclosure
All subscription terms, including pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation instructions, are clearly disclosed on the product page and at checkout.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges these terms.
4. Cancellation Responsibility
Customers must cancel their subscription before the renewal date using:

Their account dashboard, or
-
Official support channels
Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes acceptance of the next billing cycle.
5. Order Processing & Shipping Finality
Once an order has been:

Successfully processed, and
-
Transferred to the shipping carrier
It is considered final and non-cancellable.
6. Delivery Confirmation as Fulfillment
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier to the address entered at checkout constitutes valid proof of fulfillment.
Claims of “unauthorized transaction” are not valid when:

The order was placed with customer consent, and
-
The package was successfully delivered.
7. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact Veyra support before initiating any dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution—despite available cancellation and refund options—may be considered a violation of these Terms.
Veyra reserves the right to submit the following evidence in disputes:

Order confirmation and payment authorization records

Subscription opt-in records
-
IP address and transaction metadata
-
Shipping and delivery confirmation
-
Customer communication history
8. Refund & Resolution Option
Customers remain eligible for resolution through our return policy.
If a product is received and unused, customers may request a return for a 100% refund by following our official process.
Choosing to initiate a chargeback instead of using the available resolution process may limit our ability to assist further.
9. Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all policies outlined, including subscription billing, cancellation timelines, shipping terms, and dispute procedures.
